Cancellation

Full refund up to 7 days prior

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the class date receive a full refund. Inside 7 days, you may transfer your seat to a future session.

Attendance

Full hours required

TCEQ continuing education credit is awarded only for full attendance. Arrive on time and plan to stay through the final segment to receive your completion certificate.

Certificate

Issued on completion day

Your TCEQ-formatted completion certificate is issued in person at the close of class, listing your license # and contact-hour count for the renewal record.
